Future Head of Sales

Join a company with a proven world class technology in the early stages of its global expansion. Work with the CEO and the business team, get the industry and product knowledge and prove yourself as an individual dealmaker. If all goes well, continue as our Head of Sales.

Your responsibilities 

  • B2B global sales of our machine vision products and solutions, 80% of effort focused on a single product
  • both inbound and outbound sales of solutions and products, deal size 20-250k
  • you will also get the opportunity to experience selling of new business offerings (high price point strategic sales oriented on vendors, with the help from the CEO) 
  • you can count on marketing for lead generation and provision of presentation materials
  • further development of the deal until closing/losing is up to you (only the business part of course, the tech specs/scoping process will be provided by product managers engineers)


  • work experience in sales, biz dev or related position
  • fluent written and spoken English and Slovak (German is a plus)
  • growth mindset, willingness to continually improve, give and receive feedback
  • drive for exploration to understand what makes different types of customers and industries tick and what challenges we could help them solve
  • strong business development skills and passion in reaching win-win agreements (you can have much freedom in negotiating terms with the customers)
  • network and industry expertise in manufacturing industry is a plus

  • basic wage component 1500-2500 EUR, according to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
  • attractive variable component as a percentage of closed deals volume
