Your responsibilities
- B2B sales, targeted on specified segments of customers
- Mostly outbound sales of solutions and development services, deal size 10-200k
- Limited amount of travelling (depends also on your strategy) and industry events
- Full cycle – you remain in an account manager role even after the closing of the initial deal
- You can count on colleagues taking care of: lead generation, technical analysis/scoping
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of basic concepts in tech/IT (working experience in tech/IT is a plus)
- Persistence and energy in spite of possible failures and customer rejections
- Mature personality and ability to negotiate
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English
- Out-of-the box thinking – being able to come-up with alternative solutions
- High level of personal integrity and open communication
- Strong business development skills, willingness to learn and sell innovative, non commoditized solutions
- Growth mindset, willingness to continually improve, give and receive feedback
- Driving licence: B

Salary
- basic wage component from 2000€, depending on your motivation, fit, experience and drive
- attractive variable component as a percentage of closed deals volume (on top of your salary)
